This year’s show will be September 20 – 21, 2008 at the Birch Run Expo Center in Birch Run, Michigan. The show, seminars, food, and vendors will all be under one air-conditioned roof that is locked at night. Two show rings will be set up in the north hall of the facility. With the activity of two show rings, the fleece competition, and alpacas in the north and south halls, foot traffic will be increased throughout the entire facility which maximizes customer accessibility for you. Vendor space will be available in the Parlberg Room this year (the room where the fleece competition was held in the past). The Parlberg Room is spacious and well lit, and is in close proximity to the lobby and concessions; space is limited so please register early! Placement is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our advertising campaign in collaboration with the Birch Run Expo Center runs right up until the show weekend. The Expo Center’s flashing marquee is visible from I-75, which is excellent advertising and captures thousands of onlookers every day. The facility is also across the street from the well-known Prime Outlets at Birch Run, and is only a few miles from Frankenmuth, a premier tourist attraction. With regional advertising and a prime location, you can expect the return on your investment to be comparable with other similar events of this size.
The following list outlines specific information regarding the show and vendor set up:
• Vendor booths at $150 per 10’ x 10’ booth. • Electricity available for $43 for 1 – 3 outlets or $61 for 4 – 6 outlets. • Set up begins at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19. • Set up must be complete by 9:00 p.m. Friday, September 19 (no Saturday set up). • Vendor booths must remain up until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 21. • Food and beverages from outside sources are not allowed (large concessions stand in facility). • Birch Run Expo Center is a smoke-free facility.
To reserve your space at the show, please complete and submit the enclosed vendor registration form. Registration forms will be accepted until August 10, 2008 or until vendor spaces are filled.
